Eventdipity Policies

1. Retainer (Deposit) Policy

A non-refundable retainer of 50% is required to secure your order date.
This payment reserves your date and is non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

2. Final Payment

The remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days prior to the scheduled pickup/delivery date.

Failure to complete payment by this deadline may result in:

Order cancellation
Forfeiture of all payments made
Release of your date to other clients

3. Order Changes & Add-Ons

All changes (design, size, flavors, colors, add-ons) must be submitted at least 7 days prior to the event date.

Changes after this deadline are not guaranteed
Additional fees may apply

4. Cancellation Policy

All payments made, including the retainer and any additional payments, are non-refundable.

5. Allergen Disclaimer

Eventdipity operates in a kitchen that may process common allergens including, but not limited to:

Dairy
Eggs
Wheat
Nuts

The client agrees that:

All allergies must be disclosed at the time of booking
Eventdipity is not responsible for allergic reactions resulting from undisclosed allergies

6. Design Agreement

The final product is based on consultation and inspiration provided
Exact replication of inspiration images is not guaranteed
Minor variations may occur due to:
- Artistic interpretation
- Product availability

By signing, the client agrees to trust Eventdipity’s creative execution.

7. Pickup & Client Responsibility

Once the cake leaves Eventdipity’s possession:

The client assumes full responsibility
Eventdipity is not liable for:
- Damage
- Shifting
- Breakage

8. Delivery (If Applicable)

Delivery will be completed at the agreed time and location
Once delivered and accepted, responsibility transfers to the client or designated recipient

9. Storage & Care

The client is responsible for proper storage:

Cakes must be kept in a cool, climate-controlled environment
Eventdipity is not responsible for damage caused by:
- Heat
- Outdoor exposure
- Improper storage

10. Late Pickup & No-Show Policy

A grace period of 30 minutes is allowed for pickup
Late pickups may incur additional fees
Failure to pick up your order will result in:
- Order forfeiture
- No refund or credit

11. Servings Disclaimer

Serving sizes are estimates based on standard portions.
Actual servings may vary depending on how the cake is cut.

12. Non-Edible Decorations

Some cakes may include non-edible elements such as:
